R236fa/R32混合制冷剂变浓度制冷系统的性能研究 被引量:4

Study on Performance of Variable Composition Refrigerating System with R236fa/R32 Mixed Refrigerant

摘要 本文对应用于变蒸发温度制冷系统的混合制冷剂R236fa/R32的饱和蒸气压力、泡露点温度、滑移温度特性进行了理论研究;建立了变蒸发温度制冷系统的计算模型;通过混合工质变组份的理论和实验研究,对机组的性能参数进行了分析;并与常规单一制冷剂制冷系统进行了性能比较。研究结果表明:大温度滑移的混合工质可实现一机变蒸发温度的特性;R236fa/R32(0.4:0.6)的COP值最高,压缩机功率最低;混合工质变蒸发温度制冷系统相对常规单一制冷剂制冷系统优点是COP值升高,压缩机功率降低,缺点是排气温度升高,但满足压缩机安全稳定运行要求。 Regarding R236 fa/R32 mixed refrigerant that was used in variable evaporating temperature refrigerating system,saturated vapor pressure,bubble and dew point temperature and slide temperature of it was studied in theory. Here,a mathematical model was also constructed for such a system. By theoretical and experimental researches on variable components of the mixed refrigerant,performance parameters of the unit were analyzed and then compared with those of the conventional refrigerating system with a single refrigerant. Study results signified that the mixed refrigerant of large temperature slide could be used to realize variable evaporating temperature characteristics of a machine. In terms of the R236 fa/R32( 0. 4: 0. 6),it had the highest COP and the lowest compressor power. By contrast to the conventional refrigerating system with a single refrigerant, the mixed refrigerant variable evaporating temperature refrigerating system was featured with advantages of high COP and low compressor power. However,the latter also had some disadvantages such as rise of exhaust gas temperature despite that it satisfied safe and stable operation requirements for compressor.
