The thesis roundly analyzes the basic content and characteristics of the procedural rules in E. U. Anti-dump Law and China's Anti-dump Regulations. By comparison, it tells the disparity and deficiency in China's anti-dump procedural legislation, and thinks that we can take some useful things from the relatively systematic E. U. Anti-dump Law to improve our anti-dump laws.
