On the Reform and Improvement of the Legislation for China's Tourism

通过对中国旅游立法现状的分析 ,探讨了中国旅游立法的相对滞后给旅游业带来的不利影响及中国旅游法律体系在“入世”的前景下所面临的严峻挑战 ,进而提出了中国旅游业当前所应进行的法律建设内容 ,以促使相关立法机关重视旅游业立法 ,进一步健全完善现有的旅游法律法规 ,保证旅游业持续健康有序地发展。

With the analysis on the current legislation for China's tourism, the thesis discusses our lagging legislation's disadvantageous impact on the tourism and the serious challenge China's tourism is facing after China's accession to the WTO, then suggests the necessary legal construction for the tourism in order to strengthen the legislation for China's tourism and ensure the healthy development of the tourism.
