摘要
髋臼骨折是一种关节内骨折,常累及负重关节面,并发症多,需手术治疗。髋臼的复杂性决定了其手术难度大。随着对髋臼骨折损伤的深入研究以及计算机技术及相关器械的发展,髋臼骨折的手术策略也不断向最优化、精准化方面发展。其中3D打印数字化技术在术前规划、手术模拟等个性化过程优化了内固定植入方案,实现精准化手术,取得了较好的效果。解剖复位、坚强内固定及术后早期功能锻炼是髋臼骨折治疗的关键。
Acetabular fracture is an intra-articular fracture, involving weight-bearing articular surface, more complications, and require surgical treatment. The complexity of acetabular determines its operative difficulty. With the study of the acetabular fracture as well as the computer technology and related equipment development and progress of damage depth, the surgical strategy of acetabular fracture also continue to optimize the precision of the development. The 3D print of digital technology in preoperative planning, surgical simulation and other personalized process, internal fixation is optimized, to achieve accurate operation, and achieved good results. Anatomical reduction, rigid fixation and early postoperative functional exercise is the key to treatment of acetabular fracture.
