全麻手术患者在手术过程中,由于全身麻醉药的应用,体位的摆放、消毒液的刺激、手术灯光的照射、手术器械操作的摩擦,都可导致眼结膜炎、角膜炎,甚至导致角膜溃疡等疾病,必须引起高度重视,采取适当有效的防护可避免暴露性角膜炎等眼科并发症的发生。

The usage of general anesthetics drugs, patient＇s position, stimulation of disinfectant, light irradiation, frictional injuries of surgical instruments during surgery can lead to conjunctivitis, keratitis , and even lead to corneal ulcers. We must pay close attention to take appropriate and effective protection to avoid exposure keratitis and other ophthalmologic complications.
