摘要
针对笔记本生产企业传统人工装配脚垫存在的速度慢,精度不易控制等弊端,利用机器视觉检测和计算机图像处理技术,研究开发了适应大批量生产和在线实时检测的脚垫装配视觉系统;建立了系统软硬件结构,分析了系统的组成、工作原理及工作过程,并对图像处理算法进行了设计。实验结果表明,该视觉系统实现了脚垫的快速准确装配,精度达到0.05mm,提高了产品质量及生产速度。
Aiming at the defects of traditional manual assembly way of notebook foot such as slow assembly speed and difficult to control accuracy, etc., a foot assembly vision system that adapts to mass production and online real-time detection is designed based on machine vision inspection and computer image processing technologies. The hardware and software structure of system are designed. The composition, working principleand working process of the system are analyzed, and the image process algorithm is given. The experiment results show that the system achieves rapid and accurate assembly with accuracy of 0.05mm, which increases the production efficiency and quality.
