“双创”教育改革背景下高校辅导员职业素养研究

The Study of College Counselors' Vocational Abilities in the Context of Innovative And Entrepreneurship Education Reform

在大众创业、万众创新的大背景下,创新创业教育日益成为高等教育改革和发展的前进方向。"双创"教育改革将促进高校人才培养模式的进一步优化,但同时也对高校辅导员的职业能力素养提出了更高的要求。文章针对当前高校辅导员职业能力在"双创"教育方面存在的问题,分析造成辅导员职业素养缺失的因素,进而提出"双创"教育下高校辅导员职业素养的应有之义,为高校辅导员队伍建设提供参考。

In conformation with the overall context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovative and entrepreneurship education reform has increasingly become the direction for further development of higher education.Innovative and entrepreneurship education reform will further optimize talent-training mode of higher education, while also put forward higher requirements for college counselors in their vocational abilities. Aiming at these existing problems on the quality of college counselors,the thesis analyzes the factors that caused the present flaws in college counselors＇ vocational abilities, and proposes what standards should be established so as to improve college counselors＇ professionalization, thus providing a reference for college counselors troop construction.
