摘要 高职教育以培养高素质的技术技能型人才为目标。儒家思想作为中华优秀传统文化的核心,在高职学生职业素养培育的过程中占据举足轻重的地位。文章以阜阳职业技术学院国家骨干校项目建设中开展的以儒家思想为主导的人文精神构建为例,试探索儒家思想视域下高职教育"以文化人"的实施路径。 Higher vocational education aims to cultivate high-quality technical skilled talents. Confucianism, as the core of the Chinese excellent traditional culture, occupies very important position in the process of higher vocational students' professional quality cultivation. The article, taking construction of modern humane spirit led by Confucianism during national key college project of Fuyang Vocational and Technical College as example, tries to explore the pathway of "education unconsciously influenced by culture" for higher vocational education under Confucianism horizon.
