脱氧型阻化剂对煤自燃的抑制效果 被引量:12

摘要 为对脱氧型阻化剂抑制煤自燃效果进行研究,在耗氧试验的基础上,进行抑制煤自燃试验,以CO生成量为指标对其进行优选。研究表明,无机盐阻化剂在添加耗氧剂等成分配制成脱氧型阻化剂后,不仅具有较好的耗氧效果,还具有比无机盐阻化剂更好的抑制煤自燃效果,且耗氧效果越好,抑制煤自燃的效果也越好;试验优选出的抑制煤自燃效果最好的配比为1.5 g还原性Fe粉、0.6 g硅藻土以及0.15 g MgCl_2,阻化效率比无机盐阻化剂提高了43.8%以上;在一定范围内,温度越高,脱氧型阻化剂的阻化效果越好;脱氧型阻化剂对粒径越小的煤样阻化效果越差,但当煤样粒径减小到80目时,再减小煤样的粒径,其抑制煤自燃效果已无明显差别。 In order to study the effect of oxygen consuming inhibitor on inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion,on the basis of oxygen consumption test and taking CO volume fraction as the index of optimization,the experiment of inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion was carried out. Research shows that the oxygen consuming inhibitor not only has a good effect of oxygen consumption,but also has a better effect on inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion when oxygen agent is added into inorganic salt inhibitor. The better effect of oxygen consumption,the better effect of inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion. The oxygen consuming inhibitor which has the best effect on inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion was selected by experiment,which is composed of 1. 5 g reduced iron powder,0. 6 g diatomite and 0. 15 g MgCl_2. The resistance efficiency increased by more than 43. 8% comparing to inorganic salt. In a certain range,the higher the temperature,the better resistance effect of inhibitor with oxygen consumption effect. The smaller particle size of coal sample,the worse effect of resistance of oxygen consuming inhibitor. When the coal particle size decreases to 80 mesh,with any further reduction of coal particle size,the effect of inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion has no obvious difference.
