摘要
《闽都别记》是在福州以及整个闽东地区久负盛名的长篇白话小说,凡四百零一回,一百四十余万字,是明清白话小说中篇幅最大的一部。但迄今为止的白话小说语言研究都没有将其纳入语料采集范围;《闽都》的研究价值远未得到充分的认识和恰当的评价。本文以"梅洗""公祖""洋客"等词为例,说明这样的忽略是令人遗憾的。
Mindu Bieji(闽都别记)was a popular novel passed down from the early Qing dynasty in Fuzhou area.It has the greatest length among the novels of the historical period,with 401 chapters and more than 1.4 million words.Yet,its value in both literature and language has never been fully recognized.Dictionaries of past vocabulary seem to have overlooked this remarkable work.Drawing upon some words chosen from the novel as examples,this article demonstrates that this regrettable neglect should be rectified.
