At first ,the essay analyzes the importance of digital television security broadcasting. It points out that a traditional program exchange platform, which based on ASI architecture, has a lot of deficiencies, and introduces switching technology of IP program. Furthermore, we design a program exchange platform, which based on IP architecture, according to program exchange system and integrated monitoring system. The essay analyzs the program exchange platforms characteristics, and indicates that the design has achieved a good result.
