摘要
随着煤层气气田数字化水平的不断提高和低成本开发的需要,集气站逐步向无人值守方向发展,本文以中石油煤层气保4无人值守集气站的实际建设为实例,从硬件系统、软件系统两方面描述了无人值守集气站的结构和工作过程;自2015年5月该无人值守站投产运行以来,经过长时间的完善,目前无人值守站系统运行效果良好。自该系统运行以来,作业区监控室得以实现24h不间断实时监控集气站生产运行情况,遇到紧急情况可以在第一时间发现,并且进行远程控制和指挥。最大程度为集气站安全平稳运行提供保障,同时降低了员工的生产劳动强度改善人员生活环境。
Due to the continuous improvement of digital coal seam gas field and the requirements for low cost exploitation,gas gathering stations are gradually developing towards unattended. In this article,we take as example the practical construction of the unattended gas gathering station in oil gas Bao 4,to describe the structure and working process of unattended stations from both hardware and software system aspects. The unmanned station systems provide protection for the safe and stable operation of the gas gathering station,reduce the labor intensity of the workers and also improve their living environment.
