从中西厨房发展史看整体厨柜在中国的适用性

Study on Applicability of Whole Cabinet in China through the Chinese and the Western Kitchen Phylogeny

欧洲的整体厨柜在进入中国家庭后,逐步改善了中国家庭的烹饪环境。在享受整体厨柜带来便利的同时,操作台面面积不足、储物空间不够、大力切剁及擀压不便的问题也突显出来。因此,作为舶来品,整体厨柜在中国适用与否的辩题甚嚣尘上。文中简述了"水存储器、桌子、炉灶、和储物柜"四个厨房主要构成部分的演变过程,对中西方厨房各个时期的异同点进行了对比,从而对整体厨柜在中西方的适用性做出客观评价。

The widespread use of the whole cabinet which came from Europe has gradually changed the environment of cooking in Chinese families. While enjoying the convenience of the whole cabinet, deficiency of operation table area, low strength of operation table and shortage of storage space, these problems have been highlighted. Therefore, as exotic, whether the whole cabinet suit Chinese or not become a popular topic. In this paper, in order to make an objective evaluation about the application of whole cabinet in China and the West by comparing the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western Kitchen in different period, the form change of ＂water container, table, stove and cabinet＂ in kitchen will be discussed.
