摘要
目的探索人文关怀在无痛胃肠镜检查中应用对于提高患者满意度的积极意义。方法在本院接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者中随机选出132例作为观察对象,将其随机分组,分入到观察组和对照组中,其中对照组给予常规护理服务,观察组患者则给予人文关怀的护理服务,对比分析两组患者的护理满意度、检查前的焦虑状况等指标。结果观察组患者的护理满意度评分比对照组高,检查前的SAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对进行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者临床护理服务中渗透人文关怀思想,有助于帮助患者顺利完成胃肠镜检查,减轻患者的不良情绪,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the positive significance of the application of humanistic care in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for improving patient satisfaction. Methods In our hospital,132 patients were randomly selected from the patients who received painless gastrointestinal endoscopy as the observation object,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in,the control group were given routine nursing care, observation group patients were given humanistic nursing service, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusions Infiltration of humanistic care in clinical nursing services on the thought of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,help patients to successfully complete gastrointestinal endoscopy,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.
