摘要
答辩状是民事诉讼程序合理运作所不可缺少的因素 ,有着自身所特有的重要作用。本文重点在于对其进行内在的透析 ,以期对我国民事诉讼答辩状的改革有所启示。
The reply is necessary in the rational function of civil procedures. It plays an important role with its proper characteristics. The thesis emphasizes the analysis of its inwardness, hoping to help the reform about the reply of the civil procedure.
