摘要
为了优化电磁流量计传感器2个电极在附加激励源时对流体电导率的测量方法,基于电化学阻抗谱(EIS)分析方法,研究了传感器电极双电层模型时由等效电阻、电容和常相位角元件(CPE)组成的等效回路,通过对模型在频域时的分析,提出了1种激励频率的选择方法和附加激励时的流体电导率检测方法,并设计了1种相应的检测电路,最后通过实验对所提出的方法的可行性进行了验证。
An equivalent circuit, consists of equivalent resistance, equivalent capacitance and constant phase element (CPE) under the model of electrical double layer (EDL) of transducer's electrodes, is studied based on the approach of electrochemistry imped-ance spectroscopy (EIS). A method based on additional excitation is proposed to choose the frequency of additional excitation and detect the conductivity of fluid. And a related circuit is designed under the model’s frequency domain The feasibility of the new approach is validated through experiment.
