基于三电平NPC拓扑的高速永磁同步发电机矢量控制系统的研究

摘要 对比分析了NPC拓扑的三电平调制算法,推导了NPC三电平变换SVPWM调制算法的数学模型,分析了死区效应问题,提出了基于死区补偿的调制算法。针对不同无速度控制方法的优缺点进行对比分析,提出了一种电压锁相与模型参考自适应相结合的无速度矢量控制方案。最后通过仿真和运行试验验证了所提方案的可行性和优越性。 The modulation algorithm of the three level NPC topology was compared and analyzed, then the NPC three level SVPWM modulation algorithm was derived, and the dead time effect was analyzed also, the modulation algorithm based on the dead zone compensation was proposed. Then,according to the advantages and disadvantages of the different speed-less control methods,a novel speed-less vector control scheme was proposed,which combines the voltage phase locked method and the model reference adaptive system. The feasibility and superiority of the proposed scheme were verified by simulation and experiment.
