摘要
本研究介绍了一种新型环境友好型农药剂型—水乳剂,同时选取植物源杀虫剂除虫菊素和苦参碱作为研究对象进行了系列研究。试验以水乳剂外观、稳定性、粒径、p H、分散性、主要活性成分含量为考察指标对5%除虫菊素加苦参碱水乳剂的乳化剂、增稠剂、防冻剂等配方组分进行了筛选,确定了最佳配方为除虫菊素1.25%;苦参碱3.75%;丙酮5%;聚山梨酯-80 6%;黄原胶0.15%;乙二醇4%;甲基硅油0.2%;纯水补至100%。用此配方进行重复性试验,所得水乳剂的热贮冷贮稳定性、主要活性成分等各项指标均符合水乳剂相关质量标准。
This paper introduces a new kind of environmentally friendly pesticide formulatio—Emulsion in water( EW),selecting plant-derived Pyrethrin and Matrine as the study subject. The dosage of emulsifier,thickeners,antifreezes were studied through a lot of experiments using the appearance,stability,size,p H,dispersibility,the effective content as index. The optimum formula of 5% Pyrethrin-Matrine emulsion in water was obtained as follows: Pyrethrin 1. 25%; Matrine 3. 75%; acetone 5%; Tween80 6%; xanthan gum 0. 15%; ethylene glycol 4%; defoamer0. 2%. It was found that its physical and chemical properties was up to standard.
