摘要
从复杂性理论视角对课堂教学进行研究,形成了新的课堂教学观,其内容为:课堂教学系统具有完全关联性、非线性、自组织性三大特征;完全关联性是指课堂教学是多因素相互关联的活动,非线性是指课堂教学的要素之间的关系呈现出不确定性,自组织性是指课堂教学系统具有自组织性特征。复杂性理论对课堂教学的启示是:坚持课堂教学内容预设与生成的统一,重视课堂教学中的自组织过程,重视课堂教学环境的构建。
It forms the new concept of classroom teaching to study classroom teaching from the perspec-tive of complexity theory. It is assumed that classroom teaching system is completely inter-relevant, no-linear, and self-organized. Complete relevance means that classroom teaching is an activity of mul-tiple factors which are related to each other, non-linear implies that the relationship between the ele-ments of classroom teaching turns out to be uncertain, while self-organization means that classroom teaching system has the characteristic of self-organization. The implications for classroom teaching from the complexity theory suggest that we must persist in the unification of presupposition and the dynamic formation of classroom teaching, focus on the process of self-organization in classroom learn-ing and attach importance to the construction of good classroom environments in classroom teaching.
