摘要
文化经纪人人才培养存在文化视野狭小、实践经验不足、操作能力不强、复合程度不高等问题,不能适应企业和社会发展的需要。借鉴澳大利亚职业能力的结构及内容体系,从典型文化行业入手,开发与编制专业领域能力单元、能力要素和操作标准,构建文化经纪人职业能力标准体系。该职业能力标准可为文化产业经营管理人才培养、考核聘用与资格鉴定、人才专业化发展及专业建设提供重要依据。
As to cultivating cultural agents, there exist problems such as limited cultural outlook, lack of practical experience, and inadequacy in practical operation and inter-disciplinary, which fail to satisfy the demands of enterprises and social development. With reference to the Australian vocational proficiency structure and content system, Typical cultural industry should be put as a priority to shape the system of vocational proficiency standard for cultural agents,starting by compiling proficiency units of professional areas, proficiency elements and opera-tional standards. The standard can serve as an important base for the talent training, assessing, recruiting, qualifica-tion identification, talent professionalization and professional construction for cultural industry management.
