基于城市遗产的单位社区大院居住与保护矛盾分析——以西安顺城北巷单位社区大院为例

Analysis for Unit Community Courtyard about Living and Protection to Resident Based on Urban Heritage

单位社区大院在保护活化中不同于普通历史遗产的一大特征,便是其与居住者特殊的关系——大都伴随着正在使用中的居住者。从保护角度来看,单位社区大院具有很高的延续价值,然而对于大多数居住者而言,其生活条件叉需要得到迫切的改变。我国对于建筑及区域保护的讨论多集中于历史文化及产业文化建筑,对于现实中占大多数的、具有很高价值的普通建筑,尤其是居住建筑,却鲜有提及。本文以西安北顺城巷区域集体式社区大院为例,讨论其保护与使用的矛盾,具有一定的普适性。

A major feature of unit community courtyard which is different from the common historical heritage is its relationship with live special, for most modern heritage are accompanied by the occupants are in use. From the perspective of the historical block protection, unit community have high value of continuation, but for the majority of the occupants, their living conditions and the urgent need to change. Discussion on modern architecture in China are focused more on the historical culture and industrial culture construction, while the reality of the majority and ordinary building construction, especially residential building construction, are rarely mentioned. Taking Xi＇an north Shuncheng Lane area, a collective style community courtyard, as example to discuss its contradiction of protection and using, which has a certain degree of universality.
