针刺夹脊穴结合龙氏手法治疗脊柱相关疾病临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints combined with longshi manipulation in treatment of spine-related diseases

目的分析针刺夹脊穴结合龙氏手法治疗脊柱相关疾病的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年11月强直性脊柱炎患者70例,将所有患者随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用常规的抗炎药物治疗,观察组采用针刺夹脊穴结合龙氏手法治疗,分析比较两组治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.71%,明显低于对照组的31.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺夹脊穴结合龙氏手法治疗脊柱相关疾病效果显著,可有效缓解患者的病痛,不良反应少,安全性高,对患者预后的恢复具有重要的作用,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints combined with Longshi manipulation on spine-related diseases. Methods From January 2014 to November 2015,70 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in control group received conventional anti-inflammatory drugs,and the patients in the observation group received acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints combined with longshi manipulation. The curative effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed. Results The curative effective rate of observation group was 91. 43% ,which was significantly higher than that（74. 29% ）of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse effects of observation group was 5. 71% ,which was significantly lower than that（31. 43% ）of control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints combined with Longshi manipulation has significant effi-cacy on spine-related diseases,and it can effectively relieve patients’pain,with less adverse effects and high safety,which has important significance to prognostic recovery of patients. It is worthy of popularization in clinics.
