主体间性视野下高职院校学生自我管理影响因素研究

Research on the Factors of Affecting Self-management of Vocational College Students Based on Inter-subjectivity

分析主体间性视野下可能影响学生自我管理的外部因素和学生主体内部的各种因素,构建影响因素体系,并利用层次分析法对影响因素进行定性和定量综合分析,得出影响高职院校学生自我管理提升的两个关键因素(学生主体性认知和学生自身知识结构),指出在学校有限资源条件下学生自我管理的重点.

This paper is to analyze the external and internal factors that may affect the students＇ self-management in light of inter-subjectivity, to establish the system of the influencing factors and to use AHP for comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influencing factors. It proposes two key factors that affect vocational college students＇ self-management, and further points out the focus of the students＇ self-management researching under the vocational colleges＇ limited resource condition.
