旅游类专业群校企共育“匠心”的创新实践——以苏州工业职业技术学院“同程国际学院”为例

旅游类专业群,旨在协校企校地之力,共育"匠心"独具的旅游岗位群一线人才.苏州工业职业技术学院携手"同程旅游"等地标名企共建"同程国际学院"等10家企业学院、深度协同育人,并凝练成"我在乎你"的办学精神."我在乎你",是对"匠心"通俗化和具体化阐释.学院在乎学生,"匠心"独具的专业导师团队是前提;企业在乎学生,"匠心"独具的企业导师团队是关键;学生在乎企业,易位而思地急顾客之所急乃"匠心";学生在乎学院,设身处地地想教师之所想乃"匠心".共建企业学院之初心,旨在校企融合、共育"匠心",入学伊始就播下"客户至上"的种子并把手上的工作做精做细、做到极致,早日成长为独具"匠心"的高素质技术技能人才.

It is universally acknowledged to cultivate vocational college students＇ craftsman spirit based on tourism major cluster. Together with LY.com, Suzhou Vocational Institute of Industrial Technology（shortened as SIIT） set up such an enterprise college as School of International Studies（shortened as SIS）, so as to coopperate in talents＇ cultivation.During the ever-lasting process of talents＇ cultivation, ＂I care about you＂ has turned out to be recognized as the motto of SIIT and justifies ＂college students＇ craftsman spirit＂ quite well. College cares about students while teaching staff should take the lead to bear craftsman spirit.Enterprises care about students while enterprise tutors should be the first to cherish craftsman spirit.Students care about enterprises while thinking of what customers are thinking of. Students care about college while keeping considerate of their teachers.Enterprise college should foster such occupational quality as to strive for the best, to cherish customer＇s needs as the ultimost, and always to try our best.
