教学质量文化视角下的高职“两教融通”质量监控与评估研究

摘要 高职院校要培养高素质的现代职业人,实施职业素养与职业技能教育,质量监控与评估体系是保障。本文从教学质量文化的视角出发,以职业素养与职业技能教育的"两教融通"为立足点,研究质量监控与保障体系,分析了质量监控与保障体系的内涵、原则和特征,初步构建了分类教学质量的过程性监控与评估体系和综合性的定量与定性的评估体系。 Higher vocational colleges should cultivate high-quality modern professionals, and implement professional quality and vocational skills education. Quality monitoring and evaluation system is the guarantee. From the perspective of cultural quality of teaching, based on the 'two teaching intermediation' of vocational quality and vocational skills education, this paper researches quality monitoring and security system. The connotation, principle and characteristics of quality monitoring and guarantee system are analyzed. The process monitoring and evaluation system of classified teaching quality and comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluation system are initially constructed.
