摘要
高职生气质类型和班级人际距离与课堂教学效果有着密切关系:多血质学生多的班级课堂参与度高,但课堂纪律不佳;黏液质学生多的班级课堂纪律好,但课堂参与度不高;多重混合气质学生多的班级,课堂纪律与课堂参与度均不佳;班级学生气质类型越分散,课堂表现越普通;多血质、黏液质与多血粘液混合型的学生多且比例平均的班级,课堂表现最佳;班级人际关系越好,课堂参与度越高。掌握学生的气质类型和班级的人际关系状况,合理设计课程,对提升学生课堂参与度,提高课堂教学效果具有重要意义。
This study investigated the relationship of the temperament types interpersonal distance and classroom teaching effect in vocational college students. It was found that the class participation is high with more sanguine temperament students, but the class discipline was not good. On the contrary, it showed that the students can keep discipline with the type of lymphatic temperament,however, they didn't well participate in the class. Moreover, the class discipline was bad and the participation was low when the students having multiple mixing temperament were in the majority. As for the class performance, the more the temperament type dispersed in students, the more mediocre the classroom performance was. Classroom performance was best with the students of sanguine temperament, lymphatic temperament and sanguine-lymphatic temperament averagely. Also, the students who kept good interpersonal relationship with others, they had high participation in class. Therefore, it was important for the high class participation and effective class teaching that the teachers understood the temperament and the interpersonal relationship also can design the class rationally.
