A New Fruit and New March of Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline——An Interpretation of the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee

习近平同志根据党所面临的新情况和解决新问题的需要,提出以思想建党和制度治党紧密结合新理念为核心的全面从严治党战略,是对马克思主义党建理论的重大发展。《关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则》和《中国共产党党内监督条例》是对以习近平同志为核心的党中央全面从严治党的理论和实践纳入党内法规的重要总结。十八届六中全会是全面从严治党伟大远征的又一个里程碑,开启了新的征程。文章还对针对全面从严治党战略思想存在的"压力没完论""割韭无用论"和"无人干事论"三种错误思想进行了澄清和辨析。

The strategy of comprehensively strengthening party discipline based on the new idea of closely combining ideological and institutional efforts in party building,as brought forward by comrade Xi Jinping according to the new conditions faced by the Party and the requirements for solving new problems,is a great development of Marxist theory on party building. The Rules on Intra- party Political Life under the New Situation and the CPC Regulations on Intra- party Supervision are important summaries of the experiences of including into the Party＇s laws and regulations the theory and practice of comprehensively strengthening party discipline by the CPC Central Committee centered on comrade Xi Jinping. The Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee is one more milestone on the road of the long march of comprehensively strengthening party discipline,having started a new march. This paper also clarifies and analyzes three wrong ideas about the strategic thought of comprehensively strengthening party discipline,namely,the ＂endless stress＂argument,the ＂useless chives cutting＂argument,and the ＂nobody works hardly＂argument.
