战略思维能力,就是高瞻远瞩、统揽全局,善于把握事物发展总体趋势和方向的能力。习近平总书记高度重视战略问题,对战略思维有着丰富阐述。他将战略作为党和国家的根本性问题,认为战略上判断得准确,战略上谋划得科学,战略上赢得主动,党和人民事业就大有希望;强调把方向、抓大事、谋全局是"一把手"的根本职责。当前,对各级领导干部战略思维能力及其运用的要求越来越高。结合习近平的相关论述及其实践,在运用战略思维制定决策中可得到以下启示:科学分析,认清形势;目标明确,方向坚定;胸怀大局,站位高远;整体筹划,顶层设计;突出优势,抓住重点。

The ability of strategic thinking is an ability to stand high,glaze far and make overall plans,be good at grasping the overall trend and direction of development. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has highly emphasized strategic issues and made enriched discussions about strategic thinking. He regards strategy as the radical issue of the Party and the country. In his opinion,correct strategic judgments,scientific strategic planning and advantageous strategic positions will bring promising future to the undertaking of the Party and the people,and controlling the direction,grasping important things and making overall planning is the basic duty of chief leaders. Nowadays,higher and higher requirements are placed on the strategic thinking ability of the leading cadres of all levels. Xi Jinping＇s relevant discourses and practices provide us the following insights for making strategic decisions with strategic thinking： analyze scientifically,and understand the situation; set clear goals and aim at the set direction unswervingly; keep in mind the overall situation,and see things from a high plane; make overall planning and design from the top level,and make good use of advantages,and grasp the key points.
