新形势下党性教育的系统性问题及其对策

The Systematic Problems in the Party Spirit Education of Our Country under the New Situations and the Corresponding Solutions

过去的党性教育为提高党员干部的思想觉悟和党的执政能力发挥了重要作用,但也在一定范围内存在着形式化、空泛化、浅表化、神圣化、不接地气、难以落实和效果不佳等问题。这是因为对时代和环境变化产生的影响认识不足,对党性教育的规律把握不准,党员干部的价值系统尚未完善,党性教育缺乏有效的行为转换与制度保障等多种原因所致。从新形势下社会环境变化、价值重构、系统保障和国家治理效果呈现等四个纬度来观察党性教育,旨在通过对党性教育系统性问题的思考与集成创新来实现党的目标宗旨。

The party spirit education of the past played an important role in improving the ideological consciousness of party member cadres and the governing capacity of the Party,but also had problems like formalism,null contents,lack of depth,sanctification,being not down to earth,being difficult to carry out,and effect being not good. These problems are caused by inadequate cognition about the influence of the change of the times and the environment,incorrect understanding of the laws of party spirit education,the imperfect value system of party member cadres; the lack of effective behavioral transformation and institutional guarantee in party spirit education,and so on. This paper examines party spirit education from four angles,i. e.,the changes in social environment,the restructuring of value,systematic guarantee,and presentation of state governance effect,and the purpose of this research is to realize the goal and tenet of the Party by thinking about the systematic problems in party spirit education and bring forward innovative solutions.
