摘要
为了进一步了解大众健美操的健身效果,以及为今后大众健美操在高校的普及和推广提供参考意见及建议,本文以大学女生作为研究对象展开实验研究,结果表明:坚持练习大众健美操,可以有效改善大学女生的身体形态,提升身体素质和生理机能的水平,健身效果显著。
This article takes experimental study on the female college students in order to further understand the mass aerobics fitness effect, as well as to provide the opinions and suggestions for the dissemination and promotion of mass aerobics in colleges and universities. The results show that practicing public aerobics can effectively improve the female college student's body shape, physical quality and the levels of physiology, which shows fitness effect is remarkable.
