植物生长调节剂和扦插基质对紫椴嫩枝扦插生根的影响 被引量:20

摘要 通过研究植物生长调节剂的不同种类(IBA、ABT及NAA)、浓度(500、1 000、1 500 mg/kg)、基质类型(无机基质,有机基质)对紫椴嫩枝扦插生根质量的影响情况,筛选能提高紫椴成活率的扦插繁殖技术及新型基质。结果表明:IBA对紫椴嫩枝的生根率影响显著,嫩枝扦插以1 000 mg/kg的IBA速蘸15s的处理为最优组合,其生根率为56%。无机基质中河沙生根率最高,生根率达到51%,有机基质中21号基质(树皮+针叶)生根效果最好,生根率达到60%。 In order to screen a set of the cutting propagation technique and new substrate of promoting rooting rate in Tilia amu-rensis 9 the effects of plant growth regulators(IBA, ABT and NAA) , their concentrations(500, 1000, 1500mg) , and the substrate types (inorganic and organic substrate) on the quality of softwood rooting were studied. The results showed that the IBA had significant influence on its rooting rate of the best value 56% when quickly dipped the Tilia amurensis in IBA lOOOmg for 15 seconds. The rooting rate of river sand was the highest in inorganic substrate with the rate up to 51%. The highest rooting rate in the organic substrate was No. 21 (peat and needle)with the rate up to 60%.
