摘要 目前木材无损检测技术种类繁多,专业检测设备研发却相对乏力,普遍存在价格昂贵,安装复杂,操作繁琐,检测效率低下等问题。基于此现状,本研究主要运用CAN总线数据传输,源终点可调换和多通道串行检测等方法,开发了可自动获得应力波传播速度矩阵的木材无损检测设备。该设备具有结构简单,操作方便,稳定性和准确性高的特点,并能够有效提高检测效率,降低劳动强度。 There are many kinds of technology for wood nondestructive testing at present, however, the innovation and develop-ment of professional testing equipment are relatively weak with the common issues of expensive cost, complex installation, operating tediously and inefficient in detection, etc. Based on the present situation, a new type equipment for wood nondestructive testing was developed in this study mainly using the technologies of CAN bus CAN bus data transfer, source end exchange and multi - channel ser-ial detection and so on. This nondestructive testing equipment achieves the functions to automatically obtain the stress wave propagation velocity matrix. This equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, high stability and accuracy, and efficient as well as the characteristics in improving the testing efficiency and decreasing the labor intensity.
