摘要 车用柴油发动机具有良好的动力性、经济性和耐久性,汽车柴油化已成为汽车工业发展的趋势,但其主要排放污染物NO_X的危害也不可忽视,对车用柴油发动机NO_X的排放控制,已成为当今业内研究的热点问题。本文主要评述现已较为成熟的SCR技术的优缺点,研究碱性燃烧技术对柴油车产生NO_X的控制效果,并设计一套高效低成本的综合处理NO_X装置。研究表明,碱性燃烧技术对NO_X控制效果明显,NO_X生成量仅是正常燃烧的60%~70%。所设计的综合装置能处理正常燃烧时生成NO_X的90%左右,且低能耗高效率,有待于研究推广。 The diesel engine of vehicle has good functions of propulsion, economy and durability. The car using diesel engine has become the trend of automobile industry development, but the harm of the main emission of NOX cannot be neglected. The emis-sion control of the diesel engine currently has become a research hot topic. The advantages and disadvantages of SCR technology were discussed in this paper. The controlling effect of alkaline combustion on NOX production of diesel engine was also analyzed. Besides, a high efficiency and economy device were designed to dispose NOX. The results showed that the basic alkaline combustion technology had obvious effect on NOX control and the amount of emission of NOX is only 60% -70% of the normal combustion. The designed in-tegrated device can dispose the 90% of the generated NOX which was of low energy consumption and high efficiency and was worth to be studied and promoted.
