The realization of the convergence of digital cultural services in libraries and museums depends on the provision of appropriate policies and regulations, management systems, funding, technical standards and service personnel. The effectiveness of these has a bearing on the sustainable development of the convergence of digital cultural services in libraries and museums. This paper discusses strategies of improving the construction of a security system, which include incorporating library and museum digital cultural services convergence into the public digital culture construction, exploring cooperation mechanisms of library and museum digital cultural services convergence, furthering the construction of technical standard systems, ensuring funding and establishing a sound long-term funding mechanism, strengthening personnel training and enhancing service capabilities. These strategies will hopefully promote the realization of library and museum digital cultural services convergence.
