农地流转中的禀赋效应及代际差异

The Influencing Factors of Endowment Effect in Rural Land Circulation and Its Generational Differences

人地依赖关系中的情感依赖维度对禀赋效应的影响大于客观依赖维度,且情感依赖关系对客观依赖关系与禀赋效应间的作用关系起到中介作用;而农地确权则会缓解禀赋效应的存在性。从代际差异看,一方面,在禀赋效应存在性上,新生代农民在农地流转中禀赋效应存在的可能性较低,表明禀赋效应会随着新老两代农民的更替而弱化;另一方面,在影响因素上,情感依赖维度的3个指标、客观依赖维度的土地保障指标正向影响老一代农民的禀赋效应存在性,但这两个维度的所有指标对新生代农民均无显著影响;农地确权则对老一代农民无显著影响,但会显著减弱新生代农民禀赋效应的存在性。

As two parts of the relationship between farmers and lands,the emotional attachment has a stronger influence on endowment effect than the objective attachment; and emotional attachment also plays a mediation role in the relationship between objective attachment and the endowment effect; however,land titling will decrease the existence of endowment effect. For generational differences,on the one hand,new generation farmers are less likely to be affected by the existence of endowment,which shows endowment effect will be weakened by the generational change; on the other hand,in terms of influencing factors,three dimensions of emotional attachment and land security of objective attachment can significantly increase the existence of endowment effect of old generation farmers,but won＇t affect that of the new generation farmers. Land titling can significantly decrease new generation farmers＇ existence of endowment effect,but won＇t affect that of the old generation farmers.
