摘要 目的探讨分析二维超声联合四维超声诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析1320例产妇的临床资料,先采用二维超声行产前筛查,再对筛查结果中疑似胎儿畸形的产妇联合四维超声进行诊断,并根据胎儿出生时临床结果,比较二维超声和二维超声联合四维超声的诊断符合率。结果入选1320例产妇中,胎儿出生时临床结果中胎儿畸形率7.27%(96/1320),经二维超声联合四维超声检查的诊断符合率92.71%,高于二维超声检查的73.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合四维超声在胎儿畸形诊断中的临床应用效果显著,可提高胎儿畸形的诊断符合率,值得在临床诊断上普遍应用。 Objective To investigate the analysis of two- dimensional ultrasound combined with four- dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformation clinical effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital clinical data of 1320 cases of women,the first two- dimensional ultrasound prenatal screening,and then the result of the screening of suspected fetal malformations maternal joint four- dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,based on clinical and fetal birth As a result,comparison of two- dimensional and two- dimensional ultrasound combined with ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of four- dimensional ultrasound. Results This study included 1320 cases of maternal,fetal birth clinical outcomes in fetal malformation rate 7. 27 %( 96/1320),was diagnosed four- dimensional ultrasound combined with ultrasound examination in line with the rate of92. 71 %,higher than the 73. 96 %,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The two- dimensional ultrasound combined with clinical effect of four- dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation significantly improve the diagnosis of fetal malformations consistent rate,it is worth in the clinical diagnosis of universal application.
