经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折患者的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2015年3月接受传统切开复位内固定和经皮微创钢板内固定治疗的胫骨远端骨折106例患者资料,将治疗方式分为两组,各53例,对照组实施传统切开复位内固定治疗,试验组实施经皮微创钢板内固定治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果试验组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组关节功能恢复优良率(92.5%)高于对照组(88.7%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折创伤小,骨折愈合率高,并发症少,值得临床推广。
