摘要
本文通过对4家机械制造企业为期3年的两阶段纵贯式多案例研究,探索企业发展中有效资源的来源,第一阶段将企业TMT社会关系强度进行了再定义和类型细分;第二阶段探讨关系强度类型与资源获取的关联及对企业竞争力的影响。本文为第二阶段的研究成果。研究表明:TMT关系强度类型是由工作关系强度、私人关系强度和关系类型组合成的三维模型,20种组合分别为企业提供不同的资源,并有着各自的资源可获得概率;企业并不是从高强度的、全面的关系中获得更多资源,而是从与企业需求高度契合的不同强弱的关系组合中获得更多资源。企业的运营性资源获取应伴随战略性资源获取,才会对企业竞争力产生积极作用。
This paper is aimed at exploring the origin of effective resources in enterprise development by two phases of longitudinal multi-case study on four machinery manufacturing enterprises within three years.At the first phase of research,enterprise TMT social relationship strength was redefined and its type was subdivided;at the second phase of research,the correlation between tie strength type and resource acquisition as well as its influence on enterprise competitive ability was discussed.This paper presents the second phase and its findings.The results show that TMT tie strength type is a three-dimensional model composed of working tie strength,personal tie strength and relationship types,and 20 different combinations in the model respectively provide the enterprise with different approaches,types and degrees of resource acquisition.Moreover,the research also proves that enterprise competitive ability is determined by strategic knowledge resource and supported by operational resource.
