重组人工干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈HPV感染的效果评价

Recombinant human interferon alpha 2b capsule treatment of cervical HPV infection,vaginal effervescent effect assessment

目的:评估宫颈HPV感染应用重组人工干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊(辛复宁)的临床治疗效果,以此帮助患者临床合理选择用药。方法:选择我院门诊收治的宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)患者120例进行研究,根据随机数字法,将患者分成两组,分别为对照组与观察组,应用不同的治疗方法,各60例患者。其中对照组应用甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组应用辛复宁治疗,治疗后的第3个月、第9个月进行复查,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗第3个月、第9个月有效率明显比对照组高,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组再次感染率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者用药后均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:宫颈HPV感染应用辛复宁治疗效果理想,明显降低了再次感染率,而且用药后未见明显的不良反应,治疗安全可靠,建议推广应用。

objective：to evaluate clinical curative effect of the cervical HPV infection application of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent capsule（XinFuNing）.Methods：120 cases were admitted outpatient service type of high-risk human papilloma virus（HPV）,according to the random number method,divided into two groups,control group and observation group,respectively each 60 cases.the control group used metronidazole suppository treatment,observation group used XinFuNing treatment,treatment after 3 months,9 months in the process of reviewing compared therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：the 3 months,9 months efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P 0.05）;Infection rates again observation group was obviously lower than the control group（P 0.05）;there were not obvious adverse reaction occurred of two groups.Conclusion：cervical HPV infection XinFuNing treatment effect is ideal,significantly reduced the rates again,and no obvious adverse reaction of the medicine,safe and reliable treatment,suggest the popularization and application.
