老年脑卒中康复期患者跌倒预警中六西格玛DMAIC流程管理应用

In elderly patients with stroke rehabilitation fell early warning of six sigma DMAIC process management application

目的:探讨分析六西格玛DMAIC流程管理在预防老年脑卒中康复期患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法:选取200例老年脑卒中康复期住院患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各100例,对照组给予常规护理安全管理,实验组患者应用六西格玛DMAIC流程管理,找出引起跌倒的原因,制定针对性的防范措施并进行效果评价。结果:实验组患者跌倒率及护理服务满意度与对照组相比差异显著。对照组入院时和出院时跌倒知识知晓率差别不大(P>0.05),而实验组入院时和出院时跌倒知识知晓率差异显著(P<0.01),有显著统计学意义。结论:运用六西格玛DMAIC流程管理法,可有效增强患者及家属风险意识,提高跌倒知识知晓率,跌倒事件明显减少,跌倒率明显降低,护理服务满意度明显提高。

Objective：Six sigma DMAIC process management are discussed in the application of falls prevention in elderly patients with stroke rehabilitation effect.Methods：Select 200 cases senile stroke rehabilitation hospitalized patients,100 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group given conventional nursing safety management,the experimental group patients applying six sigma DMAIC process management,find out the reasons of fall,formulate corresponding preventive measures and effect evaluation.Results：Rate than experimental group patients and nursing service satisfaction significant difference compared with control group.Aware of knowledge about fall in the control group on admission and at discharge difference（P 0.05）,and aware of knowledge about fall in the experimental group on admission and at discharge have significant difference（P0.01）,there was a significant statistical significance.Conclusion：Using six sigma DMAIC process management,which can effectively enhance the patient and family risk awareness,improve aware of knowledge about fall,stumble decreased significantly,the falling rate is significantly reduced,obviously improve the nursing service satisfaction.
