摘要
目的:探讨脑外科气管切开患者气管套管声门下吸引的临床应用护理效果。方法:选择我院脑外科行气管切开术后患者128例,其中70例患者为观察组,术后给予持续声门下吸引。另外58例行患者为对照组,给予常规气管套管吸引。比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者平均气管套管置管时间、平均每天进行气道护理时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率(VAP)均低于对照组,观察组一次性堵管成功率显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑外科气管切开患者行气管套管声门下吸引可有效减少护理人员工作量,降低患者术后并发症,提高一次性堵管成功率,缩短患者平均住院时间。
Objective：On patients with brain tracheostomy trachea cannula nursing effect of clinical application of subglottic attract.Methods：Choose our brain line after tracheotomy in patients with 118 cases,of which 66 patients as observation group,continuous subglottic attract postoperatively.Another 52 patients as control group,routine for conventional trachea cannula.Compare two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect.Results：Observation group of patients,on average,trachea cannula insertion time,average daily airway nursing time,the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia（VAP）are lower than the control group,observation group one-time success rate of blocking pipe is significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Brain surgery patients with tracheotomy trachea cannula subglottic attract can effectively reduce the workload of nursing staff,reduce the postoperative complications and improve the success rate of one-time blocking pipe,shorten the average hospital stay patient.
