摘要
在新形势下,人事档案管理模式由实体档案向数字档案方向转变已是大势所趋。本文从实现信息化对高校人事档案管理工作的重要性出发,阐述高校人事档案管理系统研究及应用现状,对高校实现人事档案信息化建设存在的主要问题进行研究,并结合当前实际,提出了高校实现人事档案信息化建设的有效途径。
Nowadays, it is a general trend that the mode of personnel archives management will be transformed from physical file to digital file. In this study, the significance of realizing the informatization of university personnel archives management was investigated, the status quo of application and research on the system of university personnel archives management was illustrated and the main problems and difficulties we will face were analyzed. Collectively, combined with current reality, we promote an effective and pragmatic method to establish the system of information management of university personnel archives.
