摘要
以陕西省商洛市为例,针对目前棚户区改造社会影响评价研究的现状,建立评价指标体系,确定各指标权重。运用模糊物元综合评价法对商洛市棚户区改造进行量化的社会影响评价,并为类似项目的社会影响评价及可行性研究提供参考。
By taking Shangluo City of Shaanxi Province as an example, according to the current situation of the research on the evaluation of the social impact of shantytowns, the evaluation indexes system are established to determine the weight of each index. The fuzzy assessment mode is used to quantify the social impact assessment of shantytown renovation project in Shangluo City and provide references for the social impact assessment and feasibility study of the similar projects.
