至2014年12月31日,中国物流企业对外直接投资近几年呈上升趋势,投资的地点主要包括亚洲的中国香港、新加坡、拉丁美洲和非洲;直接对外投资的主要行业为当地的水上运输业、装卸搬运及其他运输代理业、航空运输业、管道运输业等。并购当地物流企业使中国物流企业对外直接投资也成为一种趋势。由于中国物流企业对外直接投资并购企业的经验较少,所以本文着重论述了中国物流企业对外直接投资并购风险及应对策略。

By the end of December 31st, 2014, the foreign direct investment of China＇s logistics enterprises has increased in recent years. The investments are mainly in Hongkong, Singapore, Latin America and Africa. The major industries of the direct foreign investment are the local water transport, handling and other transportation agents, air transport, pipeline transport, etc. Mergers and acquisitions of local logistics enterprises make China＇s logistics enterprises foreign direct investment become a trend. As China＇s logistics enterprises have less experience in foreign direct investment, this paper focuses on the risk of mergers and acquisitions of foreign direct investment and its countermeasures.
