摘要
赢得值管理作为成熟而有效的项目绩效评估工具,能够清晰、客观地反映项目现状,并预测项目未来的发展趋势,其出色的"亮灯管理"能力在国内外工程项目管理中得到了反复印证和广泛认可。本文旨在基于AP/CAP系列核电工程项目赢得值管理的应用实践,为国内核电工程项目进展评估、进度控制以及成本控制提供思路和方法。
As a mature and effective project performance evaluation tool, earned value management can clearly and objectively reflect the status of the project, and predict the future development trend of the project. Its excellent "light management" ability has been repeatedly confirmed and widely recognized in domestic and abroad engineering project management. The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas and methods for the progress evaluation, progress control and cost control of domestic nuclear power engineering project based on the application of earned value management of AP/CAP series nuclear power engineering project.
