摘要
云南东川铜矿含有炭质,铜品位0.61%,碳品位10.30%,属高碳铜矿,铜主要以硫化铜的形式存在,占总铜总含量的93.44%。根据其工艺矿物学性质,采用脱碳工艺消除碳的影响。通过预先脱碳、两段铜粗选、一段铜精选、一段铜扫选、中矿顺序返回的流程处理该矿物,获得了铜品位为16.23%、回收率为82.39%的良好指标。
A copper ore from Yunnan Dongchuan is carbonaceous, has copper grade 0.61%, carbon grade 10.30%, and belongs to high-carbon copper ore, in which the copper mainly exists in the form of the copper sulfide, accounting for 93.44%. According to the mineralogical properties, use the decarbonization process to eliminate the impact of carbon. The process of pre-decarbonization, two copper roughing, one copper selection, one copper scavenger is determined to handle it, and achieves a copper grade 16.23% and a recovery rate 82.39%.
