An Effective Way to Improve the Employment Ability of Computer Major Students with Employment Oriented

本文以昆明理工大学信息工程与自动化学院计算机专业为样本,运用SWOT分析计算机专业学生就业存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出以就业为导向提升计算机专业学生就业能力的途径,提高计算机学生与用人单位岗位需求的匹配度。

This paper takes Faculty of Information Engineering and Automation of Kunming University of Science and Technology as a sample, uses SWOT to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the employment of computer major students, and puts forward the employment oriented approach to improve the employment ability of computer major students, to improve the matching degree of computer major students and employer post demand.
