摘要
本文首先以华电江苏能源有限公司基建施工现场为研究对象,阐述管理现状,指出存在的问题;结合现场管理实际,引入了基于"7S"的基建施工现场管理模式,论述7S管理模式的基本要求和管理要点;阐述推行7S管理模式的具体步骤和技巧;最后从考评的目的、对象、标准、流程和结果应用等方面,论述7S管理模式考评。
This paper takes infrastructure construction site of Jiangsu Huadian Energy Co., Ltd. as the research object, describes the management situation, points out the existing problems; then combined with the actual management, introduces the construction site management mode based on "7S", discusses the basic requirements and management points of 7S management mode; describes specific steps and techniques to implement 7S management model; finally discusses the evaluation of 7S management model from the purpose,object, standard, process and result of application.
