液压油的污染与控制

文章阐述了液压油污染的原因及液压油污染对液压设备所造成的危害,介绍了国际上使用的三种液压油污染度标准,以及我国制定的液压油污染度标准,提出了液压油污染的三种检测方法和防止液压油污染应采取的具体措施,为液压设备的正确维护及使用提供了一定的参考。液压设备的液压油污染控制贯穿于整个日常维护、保养过程,要求操作者和修理人员在每一步都要考虑到保洁措施,最大限度降低系统污染,确保液压设备能够安全、可靠地运行。

This paper elaborates the hydraulic oil pollution reason and the damage of this pollution to hydraulic equipment. Also it introduces three kinds of hydraulic oil pollution standard in international and the pollution standard made by our country, then put forward three check methods for hydraulic oil pollution and prevention measures, which give reference for correct maintenance and usage method of hydraulic equipment. The hydraulic oil pollution control runs through daily repair and maintenance which re-quires operator and maintenance people to take into consideration of cleaning measure in each step and reduce system pollution to the largest degree and also guarantee hydraulic equipment can operate in a safety and reliable way.
