摘要
通过阐述温升偏高对万能式断路器(ACB)的影响及常规温升试验要求与实际使用中的差异,进一步强调降低断路器温升的重要性。从ACB温升产生的原理进行解析,通过创新主回路部件设计,降低回路接触电阻及改善空气对流效果等方法,提出了几种有效降低温升的改进方案,使温升降低,提高ACB的可靠性及安全性。
High temperature rise affects air circuit breaker( ACB). There is a difference between common temperature rise test requirement and practical use. Based on it,this paper emphasizes it is very important to reduce the temperature rise of circuit breaker. This paper analyzed the reasons of the temperature rise produced in ACB,proposed some improved schemes to effectively reduce temperature rise through the design of innovation main circuit component,reducing the contact resistance of circuit and improving air convection effect. It can improve the reliability and safety of ACB.
